Welcome to Our Spring Fundraiser!

This important program will help us raise much needed funds that will be used for enhancing education through teacher grants and student enrichment opportunities. Over the next two weeks, we need your support to help make this one of the most successful fundraisers our school has ever had.

We're excited to be working with Orange Ruler, as they offer our school a fresh and innovative way to help us reach our goals. In addition to helping us raise money, their program emphasizes the importance of teamwork, being active, thinking of others and believing in yourself.

The program also streamlines the entire fundraising process to make it easy for you to help in this important cause. Just follow these four simple steps:

Step 1 - Register your child or children by going to orangeruler.com/signup.

Step 2 - Send donation requests via email or Facebook to your friends and family.

Step 3 - Enter cash or check donations on your personalized page as soon as you receive them to ensure your child receives credit. No additional action is needed for credit card donations.

Step 4 - Turn in all check and cash donations in the collection envelope provided on Turn-in Day (envelope also used to record check and cash donations). Please make sure all checks are payable to Apollo Elementary PTA.

All donations are 100% tax-deductible and we accept all company matching programs.

Staff Appreciation Week is almost here!


From May 7 to May 11 please help us show our teachers and staff how much we appreciate them!

Every day of the week we will be setting up treats in the staff room for them to enjoy! 

Monday: A "Rise and Shine" light breakfast

Tuesday: "U-Pick" your own snacks

Wednesday: "Market Fresh" waffles

Thursday: A catered "Picnic" lunch

Friday: "Fresh Baked" cookie bar

Apollo Students can show their appreciation this week as well!

Here is how they can participate each day:

Monday:  "Fill Your Teacher's Bucket"  Students can write thank you notes at recess or bring cards from home to give to their teachers.

Tuesday - "Book Dedication"  Students can donate a new or gently used book to their classroom.

Wednesday - "Flowers" Students can bring fresh flowers or homemade paper flowers to teachers and staff.

Thursday -  "Pamper Your Teacher"  Students can say a kind word or be extra helpful to all Apollo teachers and staff!

Friday - "Favorite Things"  The Apollo Staff "favorite things" binder is in the workroom.  Surprise your teacher by wearing their favorite color or giving them one of their favorite items listed.

As a reminder, if you're planning to help out in the classroom or with any of the fun PTA activities this year, there's a registration process for the entire Issaquah School District. All volunteers must complete the District's online application and background check.

All school supply kits will be in your child’s classroom a the Back to School Event on September 2nd.
